TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The promoter is Bay Events Ltd (“the Promoter”).
2. This Promotion is open to New Zealand residents 18 years or over and residing in New Zealand at the time of the Promotion (“the Participant”).
3. By entering this Promotion, the Participant acknowledges acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion, including all eligibility requirements.
ENTRY & ELIGIBILITY
1. The Promotional entry period is limited to the public hours of the 2026 Tauranga Home Show (the “Event”) from 10am 01/05/26 and concludes 4pm 03/05/26. No entries accepted once the Event closes.
2. Entry is open to individuals who purchase an entry ticket to the Event or present a valid Complimentary Pass and receive an official entry form at the Event entrance.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of Harvey Norman Stores (NZ) Pty Ltd, LG Electronics Australia Pty Ltd and Bay Events Ltd are not eligible to participate.
4. Exhibitors entering the show with an Exhibitor Pass are not eligible to receive an entry form.
5. Completed entry forms must be submitted into the authorised entry boxes at the Event.
6. Illegible or incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.
PRIZE DETAILS
1. The Prize is NZD$10,000 store credit redeemable at Harvey Norman, 10 Owens Place,Mt Maunganui, cannot be transferred to other stores and is subject to standard store terms and conditions, product availability, and applicable delivery fees.
2. Credit expires three years from date of issue. Any unused portion expires and is no longer available to the winner.
3. The Prize is non-transferable, not refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase store vouchers.
PRIZE DRAW
1. Winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries by 06/05/26. The draw takes place at the offices of Bay Events Ltd, 143 Darraghs Road, Brookfield, Tauranga.
2. The winner will be notified by phone. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the Prize within seven days of the end of the promotion, the Prize will be forfeit and redrawn. If the Prize is not claimed after three redraws, the Promoter reserves the right not to award the Prize.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
1. Entering the Promotion constitutes a winner’s consent to reasonable promotional activity by Harvey Norman, LG Electronics and/or Bay Events and his/her name, city/townof residence and photograph to be published without compensation.
2. The decisions of Bay Events Ltd on all matters relating to this Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Bay Events reserves the right to amend the prize offered and these terms and conditions and in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion or Event at any time without prior notice.
3. To the extent permitted by law, Bay Events excludes any liability it may have arising directly or indirectly in connection with this Promotion.
4. Any personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be used in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
