What dates are the Tauranga Home Show?
In light of regulations from the New Zealand Government regarding public gatherings in relation to the COVID-19 virus, we have pushed the show back until later in the year. The Tauranga Home Show will now take place on the 16th, 17th & 18th October 2020, and you can read the full rescheduling announcement here.
When do the doors open and close?
The doors open 10am each day, and close at 5pm.
Where is the show held?
Trustpower Arena Baypark at 81 Truman Lane in Tauranga. If you need some help finding it, click here.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are $10 for adults, and children 13 years and under are totally free!
What are your COVID-19 precautions?
We're working on confirming these, and we'll post them on our website and social media closer to the show.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold at the door on the day - don't worry, the entry is covered so you won't be exposed to the elements while buying your tickets! Cash and Eftpos are accepted - sorry, no credit.
If I want to leave and come back, do I have to pay again?
You can enter and leave the show as many times as you like on the day you purchased your ticket. Ask at the exit for a pass-out stamp as proof of purchase.
Where do I park?
The venue has ample tarmac parking which is free, and we have plenty of parking attendants on hand to show you where to go.
Are there ATM facilities available?
Most exhibitors have Eftpos facilities at their stands. If you need to get cash out, this can be arranged at the Trustpower Arena Baypark reception in the foyer.
Is there internet or Wi-Fi available?
There is public Wi-Fi available at the venue. It's totally free, and you don't need a password to access it.
Are there cloakroom or property check facilities available?
There are no cloakroom or property check facilities onsite. If you've bought something big, come and ask at the Info Desk - we may be able to help you out!
Are there wheelchairs available?
Yes! Ask at the Info Desk (near the entry/exit). Numbers are limited, so it can help to book them in advance by contacting Bay Events on 07 576 0513.
When is the busiest time?
It's definitely busiest in the mornings - if you want to avoid the crowds, it's recommended that you come in the afternoon.
