After selling his waterfront café Deckchair, local chef Ken Greenhill found a 1969 fire truck on Trade Me, lovingly restored it and turned it into a food truck from which he now serves fresh, affordable cuisine and locally roasted Folk coffee in Tauranga and at the Mount.
He also caters for festivals, corporate functions, weddings and other private events – all with his own special brand of charisma and soul.
