With over 25 years in the hospitality business, Andrew has previously spearheaded some of Tauranga's iconic foodie locations including Papamoa's Pearl Kitchen and the Elizabeth Street Cafe & Larder. A huge fan of food filled with flavour and packed with punch, Andrew uses fresh produce and herbs to create his trademark fresh, bold and vibrant flavours.
Ian has also racked up a quarter century of hospitality experience, born in England and calling New Zealand home for over ten years. Ian is Executive Chef and part owner of Sugo Restaurant and the Clarence Group.
